Day 1 & 2:  Head down the Western highway into the jungles of Cayo where we will see incredible biodiversity. Climb Mayan ruins, visit hidden waterfalls, go river tubing through villages - and take your pick from one of three major cave excursions: ATM Cave, Che Chem Ha Cave, or Barton Creek Cave.

Day 3 & 4: Head south to Cockscomb Basin, the world’s first and only jaguar preserve. Search for elusive wildlife while hiking to the Tiger Fern double waterfall and emerge from the jungle to spend the night on the coast. Return to make chocolate from scratch and learn from one of the most celebrated Mayans in Belize.

Day 5 & 6: Take a boat to Caye Caulker. Visit a secluded area of the Belize barrier reef and swim with nurse sharks and stingrays at Shark Ray Alley.

Day 7: Take one last dip in the Caribbean Sea before taking the boat back to the mainland. Option of shuttling to Belize City Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport or any other hotel in the country.
